Very smart we think military trunk in good condition, structurally solid with some historical wear.
Looks like it may have been owned by a ex military person back in time, there is some typography under the black paint which some idiot has painted over.
You could quite easily take this back to its original & historical past with a bit of TLC, also a fantastic period storage item for a top of a wardrobe or under a bed.
I’d love to see the black paint removed and see what’s underneath
